- Comprehensive PSV insurance charge at a rate of 4% with a minimum of 15k & Passenger Legal Liability (PLL) at 500 per person.
- Third Party insurance for the Tricycle Premium is Kshs 5,000 inclusive of Passenger Liability
- Limits of Liability and Excesses applicable will be as noted hereunder:-

- Young/ Novice Driver – Additional Kshs. 5,000
- Medical expenses – Kshs. 50,000
- Repair Authority – Kshs.10,000
- Towing charges – Kshs. 10,000
- Passenger legal liability limit – Kshs. 3,500,000 per person & Kshs.10,000,000 per event
- Third party property damage – Kshs.2,000,000
- Third party personal injury – Unlimited
- Own Damage – 2.5% of the sum insured , minimum Kshs.7,500
- Theft – 10% of the sum insured, minimum Kshs.10,000
- Theft & recovery – 2.5% of Value, minimum Kshs. 7,500
