Golfers Insurance

The policy provides cover for the following during sporting activities:

• Third-party liability including bodily injury and property damage
• Accidental bodily injury leading to death or permanent disability
• Liabilities arising from sporting activities
• Loss or damage to sporting equipment
• Medical expenses for caddies or ball boys injured during golfing
• Expenses incurred after achieving a hole-in-one

Person above 18 years and below 75yrs

Notify us immediately and provide information regarding the loss (you can do this at any Co-op Bank branch countrywide or at the Co-op Bank Insurance Department at the Head Office)

The following documents are required when submitting a claim:

• Copy of marine certificate
• Original bill of lading
• Copy of invoice
• Duly completed claim form

The policy offers the following cover options and limits:

• Sporting equipment and sportswear cover up to KES 100,000 at 1.25%
• Additional sporting items cover up to KES 10,000 at 1.25%
• Personal liability cover up to KES 500,000 (free)
• Personal accident death benefit for golfer up to KES 250,000 at 0.75%
• Personal accident death benefit for caddy up to KES 100,000 at 0.75%
• Medical expenses for golfer up to KES 100,000 at 1%
• Medical expenses for caddy up to KES 20,000 at 1%
• Hole in one benefit up to KES 20,000 at 1%
